Something new to add to my résumé?

Does this seem like something that I might add to my résumé under "Special Skills and Abilities?" Perhaps I could say something like this-

"Spearheaded the implementation of a weekly manual sanitation project that generated clean clothing for one individual and sucessfully reduced overhead expenses by more than $40 US dollars per month."

If it isn't quite clear what I am doing in the picture, that's me washing my clothes "old school."
